1 1/2 Lean Ground Beef
1 Garlic Clove; crushed
1 Egg White
1 Sherry
2 Soy Sauce
1/2 Liquid Smoke
2 Fish Sauce
1 Pinch of Sugar
1 Salt and White Pepper
2 Corn Starch
1 Sesame Oil

Blend mixture with mixer or food processor until very smooth. Mold small meatballs on skewer (about six meatballs per skewer). Broil to perfection.
